developing Tawtheiq was the large number of meetings held
every day that need to be controlled and organized.
Today Tawtheiq App is your trusty companion to raise the
efficiency of both work and employees through the multiple
options it offers no matter the size of the company or the
number of employees
You can start creating meetings with this interface with the
help of the company's system (Microsoft or any other
software)
The reporters' mission will be to enter all the information
of the attendees (Position and full names).
Reporters will add all the information, discussions and
actions received during the meeting.
After the meeting, the reporters will send the minutes of
the meeting to all those who attended to review it and add
their comments to it
In Tawtheiq attendees can add their comments, attachments,
also return the minute to the reporter to clarify it.
After gathering all the minute needs, the reporters will
send the minute to get the approval from the uppers in two
ways: in order/ or in parallel to all approvers.
After getting the final approval rom the uppers, the
reporter can change the document format to PDF to send it in
all possible ways.
